Notary Public Stamp / Seal Requirements:
Embosser or rubber-inked stamp. Shape – circular with a serrated or milled edge border no larger than 2" diameter. Required elements - Notary’s name, the Notary’s commission number, and the words “Notary Public” and “State of Hawaii.”
Ink color should be capable of being reproduced clearly by black / white scan, photocopy or other visible and legible means.
